Enjoy an educational 90 minute guided tour through our olive groves learning about regenerative agriculture, growing olives, harvest techniques, milling and cold-pressing along with a tasting of our delicious current harvest fresh-squeezed extra virgin olive oils and small batch balsamico vinegars. Our ranch tours will typically be offered on the second & fourth Saturdays of each month. Tours start promptly at 10:00 am and will last approximately 90 minutes. The cost is $20.00 per person, admission for children 12 & under is complimentary, but requires a reservation. If you plan on bringing children 12 and under, please contact our customer service department at 866-654-8396 to reserve their place on the tour. We run all of our farm equipment on olive oil, and power our ranch with solar energy. We have a zero-waste operation and any oil not extracted during the first pressing is used to make soaps, chocolates and other fine products. We even use the high alkaline water extracted from the olives during our pressing process to use as an all-natural, chemical-free weed control on our ranch. |
